We had such an amazing time at Aquabella in Aix-en-Provence! Relaxing, luxurious, calm, beautiful... very tasty breakfast and lunch and dinner as well - you basically don't have to leave if you don't want to :D The spa is also amazing, and the cocktail bar next to the fantastic pool serve delicious drinks, frankly I wish I was still there!

The location of the hotel is good, very close to town and away from all the noise. Rooms were OK, relatively modern and quite spacious. Service however can be improved, staff were not particularly friendly nor helpful, they would just "do their job" so no personal touches. All in all, an OK hotel but quite forgettable.

非常喜歡飯店的spa設施，與女兒做了按摩，以及水療，有提供免費停車位非常方便。服務人員都很客氣，瑕疵是面盆的水漏不下去，其他都很滿意；地理位置非常好，早餐很滿意。

Hôtel bien placé par contre déçu car nous avions appelé avant pour demander si le Burkini était autorisé et on nous a confirmé que oui avant que nous réservions et arrivé sur place on m’a demandé de ne pas aller dans l’eau car ce n’était pas autorisé… une compensation nous a été accordé pour la gêne occasionnée
